I have blood of Abruzzese origin and a cosmopolitan heart: I was born and grew up in Milan, I have been abroad for a while and I have traveled around the world. I consider travelling a precious opportunity to meet people but it's here, close to the Gran Sasso mountain and in the charming villages, that I've decided to open the doors of my house to travelers.
Casa Annina is not just a newly renovated home: it's my way to welcome the world.
I planned it as an intimate and welcoming retreat in Prata d'Ansidonia for those who—alone, as a couple or with a family—feel the need to make themselves the most precious gift and hit the "pause" button: here, time slows down.
You can discover the Roman ruins of Peltuinum just a few steps from home, savor the magic of Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Rocca Calascio and visit the places that have been the sets of unforgettable movies. Or simply let yourself be amazed by the will to live that animates L'Aquila, Italian Capital of Culture 2026.
And once back to Casa Annina? Silence, a good book, some board games and, of course, an excellent glass of Montepulciano will be waiting for you.
