Wishes
Film Festival cities
I work as a photographer during San Sebastian Film Festival and also jury for the LGTBI film awards of the Festival. It would be interesting to make an exchange and travel to other cities with Film Festivals (Berlin, Venice, Locarno, Cannes...)
Videos to use as Marketing
A good video is always a good marketing promotion. We need to make a promotional video for all the accomodation. It needs to be done during this Autumm-Winter season while the rooms can be empty and film and not in the high season.
Exchange in similar properties
As we are part of the travel industry, it would be great to visit other places in exchange. Let's talk about the next holidays! Ski areas, beaches areas would be welcome!!
Diferent proposals
We are open to hear your proposals and we will decide if it would be convenient or not for our property
Description
Ur-Alde is an accommodation in the heart of the city of San Sebastian (Old Town - City Centre).

We cannot forget that the main gastronomy area of the city, with all the pintxo bars, it's just here!
Also, the main attractions of the city and the beaches are few steps from where we are, near the harbour.

We are a familiar accommodation and these give us the opportunity to provide our guests with very personal and exclusive experiences in the destination.

All our modern rooms have a special design, inspired in different cities.

The facilities in each room are: Private bathroom with hydro massage shower, Air conditioning, amenities, minibar, safe box, Smart TV, hair dryer, free WI-fi and wall USB chargers
The privilege location we have, gives the visitor the opportunity to have all the main attractions of the city on a hand.

Welcome to the Basque Country and thank you very much in advance!

Hey, I'm Aritz

Hi everyone!

I have been involved with restaurants, bars & hotels from my chillhood as my parents owned a restaurant & a hotel.

In 2002, after finishing my Business & Tourism studies I started working with the Spanish Hotel chain; Sol Melia as recepcionist.

After 10 years, with my parents help, we started this new adventure of the Pension Ur-Alde (Guest House).

Personally I love tourism but also I have some other hobbies as reading, skiing and specially the films and photography. During the San Sebastian Film Festival I work as a photographer.
