We bought the house in 2017 and restored it. We are living in the house and since January 2018 we offer a Lodge at the lake, since 2023 new built VIP Pavillon appartement with great view to the lake and 2 appartements with one bedroom with nice view.

The property is nested in a 70'000 m2 land on the lake of Neuchâtel. The private beach offer a great spot to swim and relax.
