Country House Il Brolo

We have 2 three-room apartments, brand new, just renovated with a modern and elegant design. They are located on the first and second floor and have a beautiful terrace with table and chairs, from which you can enjoy an enchanting lake view on the second floor. They are located in an old farmhouse which has also been partially renovated, with an internal courtyard where you can park and a porch with barbecue. Adjacent to the house is a green area cultivated with vines and olive trees by my father, who also produces the oil. It is only 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Manerba, with its imposing fortress: a must-see!
The building is located in a small and romantic hill town, with a medieval historic centre, renowned for the production of the famous Garda oil and Chiaretto wine; from its square you can enjoy an enchanting lake view. You can visit numerous cellars where you can taste wine and oil.

The center is 200 meters from the apartment and there are some shops, including: minimarket, gastronomy, a very good ice cream shop, butcher, tobacconist and 2 bars. The car is essential.

It is a good starting point for excursions both in the south of the lake and in the western part. In 20 minutes you can reach Salò and Desenzano, in 30 minutes you can visit the pearl of Lake Garda: Sirmione. No less important are Gardone Riviera with the beautiful Vittoriale degli Italiani (home of Gabriele D'Annunzio), but also Toscolano Maderno, with its enchanting lakefront and the suggestive Valle Delle Cartiere.

Further north is the picturesque village of Limone with the famous and suggestive promenade overlooking the lake.
