Casa Gyla is an artists' villa built in 68 by two madly in love artists, Jacqueline Foissac a famed interior designor and Alejandro Reino a spanish painter where he had his studio in the what is now Zohor room.
Being close friends of the Pierre Berger & YSL couple they constantly had wild parties here where all the in crowd was, the famous couple, american architect Bill Willis and Adolfo de Velasco were the most frequent guests
Several movies were filmed here, The king and the lion with Sean Connery among others
The villa is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful local examples of Andalousian
architecture
